This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the sites of any contractor, developer or property manager we work with.

When you submit the contact form we receive the name, company, email address, phone number and project details you enter. We use them for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and to quote the work. We do not use them for marketing lists and we do not sell them.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested. These are generated by the infrastructure, not by us, and are used for security and reliability.

We do not ask for, and have no reason to receive, payment details, government identifiers or any special category of personal data through this site.

Contact form submissions are delivered through a third-party form service, which processes them on our behalf so the message reaches our inbox. It does not use them for its own purposes.

If you accept analytics, Google receives the measurement data described below. Nobody else receives anything you send through this site.

We disclose information outside these cases only where the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to serve the project they relate to, and after that for the period our insurance and tax obligations require. If you would rather we delete yours sooner, write to us and we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the email address above and we will respond.
