Answers
How crews are supplied, insured and deployed on active sites.
No. The laborers are Complete JCCS employees working under our supervision, insurance and licensing, not workers placed on your payroll. That distinction is what keeps the employment liability, workers’ compensation and compliance obligations with us rather than with the general contractor.
Complete JCCS does, on every employee on site. General liability and workers’ compensation coverage are carried company-wide, and certificates naming the general contractor as additional insured are issued before mobilization on request.
Crews are deployed from a single worker upward, for the exact number of days a site needs, with no job posting, interview or payroll onboarding on the contractor’s side. Scaling back down when the deadline push is over carries no long-term cost, which is the whole reason this arrangement exists.
General laborers handle site preparation, material staging and handling, debris removal and sweeping, interior protection and dust containment, post-demolition cleanup, and assist tasks that support licensed trades. They do not perform licensed trade work itself. In practice they set materials, stage tools and move equipment so licensed tradespeople spend their hours on skilled work.
Fast-track mobilization is available within 48 hours across Northern California, and same-day in Solano County. Surge requests are common when a schedule compresses ahead of an inspection date, and the crews are staffed with that pattern in mind.
Yes. Certified flaggers and traffic control personnel are available for commercial projects with public-adjacent work that requires compliant traffic management. This is scoped separately from general site labor because the certification and the permit requirements differ.
Yes, and that is the common arrangement. Because Complete JCCS provides site labor and post-construction cleaning under one license and one contract, a crew already on site through the build can carry the project into rough clean and final clean without a new vendor, a new insurance certificate or a new site induction.
Tell us your crew size, dates, and scope — we'll follow up within one business day with availability and full compliance documentation. No long-term commitment required.
